At APORRO, we strive for complete satisfaction with your jewelry, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return due to their personalized nature.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original APORRO packaging, including all authenticity cards, pouches, and protective materials provided.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
